This is also part of a three part set:
EDIT: I changed the background because Ty Lee needs a bright and happy/perky environment instead of the desaturated gloomy environment like the photo's background. Also the new background makes it look like she's in the Fire Nation.

To start, here's what I LIKE. The background suits her very well, and is rather pretty all thinks considered.
I like how you kept her clothing simple, but still shows the ripples.
I noticed that you have a few other images with the subject in a similar stance. I like to see you experiment more with motion, especially with this character. In the show, she is always moving and full of energy, while this shows her still. Her facial expression is lovely, but try less shadowing on the nose; from a distance it looks like a doll's triangle nose. Other than that, I envy your ability to use color. I am inept at coloring.
