I keep looking at this pic over and over, so I think it's about time I commented. XD (I totally guessed it was from that picture!)
Hm, critique... There could be more definition between the wall and the floor she's standing by--for example, since most of the light would be coming from the sky, the wall would look pretty dark in comparison, wouldn't it?
I think a simple background works really well for this picture, so good job! It's a great contrast and makes it...cool. Running out of vocabulary. XD
One other thing I think you could do is to try shading the hair as if it has individual strands... if that makes sense? I mean, you kind of already are, but if you really define the edges of different pieces of hair with sharper edges I think the textures and effects you can create could end up really cool. Of course, there are lots of different styles of doing that, but anything that defines strands of hair is eye candy.
