I was just looking through your art work for the hell of it, because I was bored, and I noticed some of your newer pieces for your Bonsai Academy.
I have to say, they look pretty good all in all, the coloring is better than most of your old work... but I have a few things to critisize.
I have to say your head looks a little small for how broad your character's shoulders are, be it male or female, it always seems a little awkward, as well as some of the clothes, they tend to look much too big for the person wearing them sometimes.
The collar seems a little awkward too, but maybe it's just me. I must also warn you to be careful with your character designs. Some of your characters look almost too much like others, and could lead to confusion, and repetitivity is never a good thing when you're trying to catch someone's eye.
Other than that, I see nothing much else wrong with it. You line wonderfully, and you're coloring is very well done. I think all you need to work on now is drawing full body pictures, and action-y ones and you'll be a great manga-ka in no time.
(I'm not a particularly great artist, so I say you should totally take my opinion with a grain of salt personally... )
