The title came from the chapter title of *SkyWarrior108's Avatar: the Last Airbender fan fic To Tread Lightning.
You have to read the story to understand the meaning of this piece. Basically it's showing two different flame colors and Azula struggling between two different sides.
Crossroads is the 17th Chapter of To Tread Lightning.
Originally I was planning on having Roku and Sozin in the background with the different colored flames, but I appreciated the way the drawing came out with out having Roku and Sozin in there. So thus it is just Azula which the story is focusing on anyways.
